Join Me for Textiles and Tea & Maryland Sheep and Wool 2021

Hello lovely people! I have great news to share with you!

First up is the news with HGA! The Handweavers Guild of America has decided to host a new program this year via Zoom. This program is called Textiles and Tea, and it is basically an interview and conversation with various textile artists. I was asked to be a guest on the program, and I have agreed! You do know how much I looooooove tea, right? Well, I would like you to join me at 3pm CST (4pm EST). TODAY is the day! Don't forget your favorite tea!!! In order to join the Zoom webinar with other listeners and to ask questions, you will need to register through this link:

Another way to view the live program will be to watch on Facebook via this link:

https://www.facebook.com/HandweaversGuildofAmerica/ You do not need an account to watch. I hope you can join live!

Next up is an update concerning the virtual Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival! I am offering four different classes, and they are full. Thank you so much for your support! I look forward to meeting everyone the week of April 26th through May 2nd. This also means 40 total kits to prepare and assemble, woo hoo! Missed out on a class you really wanted? Don't worry, join the waiting lists for classes that are currently full.

Please Note: If you have already purchased a kit for a class, you will receive a confirmation and tracking once the kit goes in the mail. They are in the process of being assembled and international orders will take high priority for shipping to allow for longer postal delays. If you have not ordered a kit yet, you still have time to do so. Feel free to message me with any questions or concerns.

Lastly, you are invited to check out the Historic Spinning Wheel lecture. If you have missed my presentation with Tatter in August 2020, this is your chance to check out a presentation on historic spinning wheels. I have acquired more wheels since the previous event, and I can't wait to share some insight with you!
