Orders:

All orders are received on a first-come, first serve basis. Once an item has sold out, it is generally gone unless stated otherwise. Many products can be made into different colors and/or sizes. If you are interested in an item currently listed and would like it in a different size, feel free to send my an email at info@heavenlyknitchet.com. If you are interested in additional colors to a current listing or altering the design in any way, there may be options to accommodate your needs and an additional fee will be required. This order would fall under the custom order category. You have the choice to pay using Paypal or with the regular checkout button on the check out menu.

Custom Orders/Special Requests:

Custom order requests are subject to approval. Due to the nature of personalization, research, sampling, materials and other labor costs, all custom orders require a minimum of 30% deposit. The deposit percentage could increase depending on the custom order. The deposit cannot be refunded. Each custom order is handcrafted carefully and the process includes the color choices and personalization of the buyer. For this reason, custom orders are nonrefundable and the remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping such orders. In addition, as a designer, I reserve the right to refuse any request. 

Shipping Information:

Heavenly Knitchet ships to the contiguous United States and Internationally. US shipping is calculated by weight. 

 

If you would like to purchase outside of the U.S., please note that there are buyer's risks of untracked shipments outside of the United States. Heavenly Knitchet cannot be held responsible for such deliveries and nondelivery or items held in customs. International delivery times may vary by location 1 week much longer depending on the country. 

 

Monday through Friday are regular business days for shipping. Full payment must be received prior to shipping any product. The preferred shipping method is USPS First Class for purchases under 13 ounces and Priority Mail for larger orders. Media mail is an option for shipping books (only). Local Pickup is now an option you may choose if you'd like to purchase an item and meet locally. Shipping is calculated by weight for the best price for your total purchase. 

 

Special requests may be made for shipping options. Please email me prior to ordering if you would like another option. Additional fees may apply. All shipments using the standard method includes tracking. Products that are ready-made will ship within 1-3 business days or as noted in each individual listing. The only exception is during a scheduled update, where multiple orders take longer to pack. All other orders including custom orders will be shipped upon completion or as noted by individual listing.
